Great research, Yuyan, thank you! I like seeing the AI-based methodology. The chronology in the article is helpful. Also, I very much like how you covered evolution of People Analytics challenges. Those challenges (quality, adoption, skills gap) are persistent and do hamper many organizations. But the view of and relation to those challenges is also changing all the time. So, the challenge evolution framework is helpful in thinking how to approach the subject.
